Chris was born and raised in Pocomoke City, Maryland. He attended Worcester County Public Schools and graduated from Pocomoke High School in 1986. He graduated from Salisbury University in 1990 and from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1993.
Chris resided and worked in Salisbury, Maryland, for two decades before making his way back to Worcester County in 2012.
Since he became a lawyer, he has been involved in private legal practice, which necessitated his attention not only to the legal issues at hand but also to the business side of running a law firm.
Having been part of two distinct partnerships, Chris has collaborated effectively to bolster and enhance those practices.
Over his 33 years in the legal field, Chris has litigated hundreds of cases. The litigation he has handled has been both varied and extensive, enabling him to engage in a broad spectrum of practice areas, ranging from traffic violations in the District Court of Maryland to intricate construction, business, and personal injury cases in numerous Circuit Courts of Maryland and the United States District Court for Maryland.
Additionally, Chris has devoted numerous hours to civic organizations and to committees within the Maryland State Bar Association that aim to enhance the practice of law and the legal profession.
